Stress measurement
OrbisCure is an app-based solution that detects and prevents stress in a timely manner, so you can reduce worries about the next sick day.
Try the measurementEvery 30 days, employees measure their stress levels so that timely action can be taken if help is needed. The measurements are mandatory.
The measurement consists of 10 questions and takes about 2 minutes to complete. The questions are based on the research-validated and tested Perceived Stress Scale.
At the same time your HR and managers will receive an overall anonymized report for the department's stress level every month.
Through OrbisCure, employees have unlimited access to dozens of self-care and self-development videoes and mindfulness exercises - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If a stress measurement indicates that an employee is experiencing high stress, the employee is notified to schedule a conversation with a psychologist from OrbisCure.
The conversations address stress-related issues, regardless of the cause of their origin.
The process is as follows:
1. Book a session
The employee schedules a conversation with an OrbisCure psychologist directly via the app.
2. The session
The conversation lasts about 45 minutes and aims to identify the cause of the employee's stress and provide the right help immediately.
3. Follow-up
If the psychologist assesses that the employee needs an additional conversation, a follow-up talk is offered.
In particularly severe cases, where the psychologist deems that more clinical treatment is needed, it will be escalated to your health insurance.

The Path to Less Stress
Step 1
Fill in the contact form. We will contact you to talk about the needs of your company and present our offer.
Step 2
After the final decision and signing the contract, an OrbisCure representative will go over the milestones of the app implementation process and the launch date at your company with you.
Step 3
Your employees receive a welcome email from OrbisCure and are invited to an onboarding workshop. After this, all employees have access to stress assessments and self-help, and if they are experiencing high stress, they can immediately book an appointment with a psychologist.
